Terms of Service

1. Skills are honed through constant practice and consistent nurturing of morale and confidence. Hence, students and guardians alike shall not criticize, make-fun-of or say hurtful things towards their works or the creations of their child / children or fellow Art Mama learners.

 

2.  Missing a class or a workshop means the student  is forfeiting his/her payment for the missed session.

 

3. Art Mama does not give make-up classes:

 

3. A. For workshops for kids, the link to the class recording will be made available upon request. 

 

3. B. For workshops for adults, a Google Classroom will be created for each class. This is where class materials will be consolidated. The students will be able to access their class' designated Google Classroom at their convenience, within the program duration.

 

4. All provided materials are for the exclusive use of Art Mama and its students.  Students should not share or upload class materials, such as, but not limited to, class recordings, PowerPoint presentations and handouts.

 

5. In cases of power and connectivity issues or interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances which hinder Art Mama  from carrying out a scheduled class, students will be informed, through the class group chat (GC) or through the contact details they have provided, if a class will be rescheduled.

6. The schedules and lesson plans are subject to changes as deemed necessary by the Teacher or Facilitator in charge, without prior notice.
