Terms of Service

1. Payment Policy
All payments are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another person, or applied to a different batch or class (as long as the tuition fee is the same).

 

2. Missed Classes
If a student misses a class or workshop, the session is forfeited and payment will not be refunded.

 

3. Make-Up Class Policy
 

3A. Children’s Online Workshops
A recording will be available upon request, so your child can catch up at your convenience.

 

3B. Adults’ Online Workshops
Each class will have a Google Classroom containing all materials, resources, and recordings for easy access throughout the program.

 

3C. In-Person Workshops
If you miss a studio session, you may transfer your slot ONCE to another person or to a different available schedule.

 

4. No-Show Policy for Online Art Programs
If no one attends a scheduled session, the class will be forfeited and no recording will be provided.

 

5. Building Confidence
We are committed to creating a nurturing space. We ask the students, parents, and guardians to refrain from criticism, teasing, or hurtful comments about their own, their child’s, or others’ artwork.

 

6. Use of Class Materials
All materials (recordings, slides, handouts, etc.) are for the exclusive use of Art Mama students. Sharing or uploading them outside the class is strictly prohibited.

 

7. Schedule & Lesson Changes
Schedules and lesson plans may be adjusted at the discretion of the teacher or facilitator, with or without prior notice.

 

8. Emergency Cancellations
In the event of power outages, connectivity issues, or other unforeseen disruptions, students will be notified via group chat or the contact details provided, and the class will be rescheduled accordingly.
